Welcome to adigamliel.com (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Adi Gamliel, Company ID (H.P.) 025179102, located at 5 Tzipora Zaid St., Mazkeret Batya (hereinafter: “the Website Management” and/or “the Company”). Any use of the Website constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions, including the terms and limitations contained herein. These Terms are formulated in the masculine gender for convenience purposes only, but apply to all genders equally. A purchaser on the Website is deemed to have read the provisions of these Terms and agreed to them. The Terms may change from time to time, and the user must stay updated with the Terms upon every entry to the Website. Browsing the Website and/or any use thereof constitutes agreement to the Terms and an undertaking to act accordingly. It is clarified that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement for all intents and purposes and bind the user for all uses of the Website.

General Conditions

The use of the masculine gender in these Terms is for convenience only, and the Terms apply equally to all genders.
Services provided via the Website are subject to the conditions detailed in these Terms.
The act of ordering services on the Website shall constitute a declaration by the customer that they have read the provisions of these Terms, understood them, and agreed to them. These Terms constitute a binding contract between the user and the Website Management.
The Website Management and the Author shall not bear any responsibility for illegal activity carried out by users on the Website during sales or due to any other factor beyond their full control.
The Website Management makes and will make every effort to maintain the proper operation of the Website, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted due to hardware, software, or communication line failures, and shall not be responsible for malfunctions or disruptions in the internet network or communication lines.
Product prices on the Website, shipping fees, delivery terms, and the number of possible installments are subject to the sole discretion of the Website Management, which shall be entitled to change them from time to time without prior notice.
All images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Occasionally, photography errors and/or shade differences may occur between the product photos published on the Website and the products actually delivered, which shall not bind the Company.
The Website Management does not guarantee that the Website will not be closed and/or that its activity will not be suspended temporarily or permanently, and it reserves the right to close the Website and/or its activity at any time at its sole discretion. Therefore, users are requested to act accordingly and create an external backup of any information and/or content they wish to preserve.
In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these Terms and any other publications on social networks, including but not limited to media publications, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail for all intents and purposes.
Any conduct by the Website Manager and/or Adi Gamliel in favor of a customer contrary to the provisions of these Terms is ex gratia (an act of grace) only and shall not serve or be considered as a waiver of the provisions herein.

Services

The Website offers services for purchasing the book “Responsibility from A to Z Creates IMPACT”, lectures, and workshops.
Services can be ordered by contacting the Website Management, subject to availability and geographic location.
Payment for Website services can be made via credit card, Bit, or any other technological means subject to approval by the Website Management. Purchases cannot be made via cash or checks.
Ordering is possible only for those who possess an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and have an email address provided at the time of purchase. A minor performing actions will be considered a minor who has received the permission of their parents/guardians to perform the purchase.
Service prices include VAT subject to tax laws.
The Website Management reserves the right to terminate its services at any time.
Upon completion of the order, an email regarding the transaction will be sent to the purchaser. The transaction is subject to approval by the credit card company. Only an email confirmation containing the relevant order details shall constitute confirmation of order receipt. The records in the Company’s computers shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of the actions.
The Company monitors the inventory of products displayed on the Website. However, if after the order is placed it is discovered that the product is out of stock due to exceptional circumstances unknown at the time of ordering, the Company will notify the consumer and allow for a full refund of the amount paid.
The Company takes care to manage the Website with skill and in a controlled manner, employing accepted security measures to maintain, as much as possible, the confidentiality of the information provided by the user. User details entered on the Website are encrypted. The Company undertakes not to use the details of registered purchasers except for Website operation purposes and to enable order fulfillment.
Credit card clearing is performed through external clearing companies (“Grow”); Website: https://grow.business/.
In cases beyond the Company’s control and/or due to Force Majeure events, the Company shall not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the user and/or anyone on their behalf, if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
Ordering lectures, participation in panels, or workshops shall be done directly with Adi Gamliel via the email appearing on the Website or by telephone, and rates will be determined in a price quote and summary between the parties.
The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be responsible for direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using a product purchased on the Website. The content provided therein does not constitute professional opinion. Any information or content appearing in any of the forums does not constitute professional advice or recommendation. Responsibility for using the information found on the forum rests solely with the user.

Newsletter Subscription – Mailing

An internet user joining the mailing list (Newsletter) of adigamliel.com hereby accepts the rules of these Terms. Joining the mailing list is free, and any person over the age of 18 (including companies and corporations) is eligible to join.
All user details shall be the property of the Website Management, which undertakes not to transfer them to a third party except in accordance with the law. By registering, the user consents to the use of their details as stated above and requests to join the mailing list for receiving periodic updates.
Removal from the mailing list can be done automatically via the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of newsletters sent by Zraim MiZion (Note: The Hebrew text mentions “Zraim MiZion” here), as well as through the subscription/removal module on the Website pages.
By joining, the user agrees that their personal details will be held in a database and used at the discretion of the Website Management in accordance with the law. Such use shall not be considered a violation of privacy.
The Website Management may choose not to approve a person’s subscription at its discretion without obligation to justify.

Promotions

All promotions, discounts, and coupons on the Website are valid for Website purchases only.
For the avoidance of doubt, in promotions, the price calculation is based on the original price of the product.

Delivery Terms and Shipping Fees

Product prices do not include shipping fees.
Shipping will be charged according to the following options:
1. Pickup Point: To be selected at the time of ordering.
2. Home Courier.
3. Self-Collection: By prior coordination of day and time, and only after receiving email confirmation that the order is ready. Collection is possible within 3-10 business days.
Collection Locations: 2 Ephraim Sachs St., Rehovot; 5 Tzipora Zaid St., Mazkeret Batya; 3 Ariel Sharon St., Or Yehuda.
International Shipping:
- Fees are determined by package size in coordination with the customer via email.
- Delivery within 21 business days from confirmation of shipping costs. Delivery times may vary due to destination country postal services or holidays.
- “Business Days” – Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, Jewish holidays, and public sabbaticals.

Cancellations

Cancellation and return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours from the time of order, provided it has not yet been shipped.
No refunds will be given for services already performed.
Cancellation notices must be sent to info@adigamliel.com or via WhatsApp to 050-8510188, and are valid only after receiving written confirmation of receipt.
The Website may cancel an order with at least two hours’ notice. In such a case, the user shall have no claim against the Website.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Website, including content, design, software, code, graphics, images, and text, are the exclusive property of the Company. It is forbidden to copy, photograph, distribute, publicly display, or transfer any of these to a third party.
